                     Every month of July, we celebrates the Nutrition Month. The Nutrition month is very important to us because this is the month were we celebrates our healthy lifestyle. We also celebrates Nutrition Month in our school and the theme is "Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aaninhin". This theme tells that we must plant fruits and vegetables because it contains carbohydrates, vitamins, calcium, proteins and fiber that are good in our body.                      Planting fruits and vegetables helps us, because if we plant, we no longer have to buy in markets and we can still save money. We should eat fruits and vegetables to keep is healthy and to keep our lives longer. We also need to exercise to strengthen our body and to prevent illness. Last of all, we should take care our body to have a healthier body and better life.

I am interested about "anti-tambay law" because I am also one of the loiterer. But, I would like to protest to this law because some of the loiterer are innocent and not a drug addict. However, I agree to this law because its ensure public safety and other crimes. Please continue the anti-tambay law because it lessens the percentage of crime in our community. The Heroism of our Heroes We Filipinos celebrate Philippine Independence Day because this celebration, we remember the heroism of our heroes and how they defend our land. It is also the celebration of remembering the importance of our flag. Years ago, we were attack by the Spaniards and we were abused by them about 300 years. No one of us were able to fight them because they are so powerful. But one day, the american military help us to fight the Spaniards and then, they successfully defeated them so that we Filipinos gains political freedom in the hand of the foreign countries. Decades past, we free ourselves from the attacks of the Spaniards and abusing us. Then, the Philippine President raised and waved the flag of the Philippines with a warm pride. And that's why we celebrate our Philippine Independence Day.
