          We are all born the same way as human beings and therefore deserve the same rights and acceptance but as time passes by many of the people have faced discrimination and injustice because they are different from others specifically the race, skin color and the culture that some consider to be a part of lower category of human beings, as well as the fact of holding different beliefs and ideals along withe preferences when it comes to things such as gender.

          Today are world has progressed, education, social status are now given to women's.Tall buildings, high technology are one of the indication that the worlds has evolved. But behind this great achievement our society cannot hide the face suffering that people experience.

          Women's are active and positive change against.When given the proper resources and needs are capable of changing and improving their lives and the lives of everyone for the better.

          In addition when it comes to the equal rights amendment women were very determined .Women were not accepting being treated wrong. Women worked hard to get there equal rights they deserved it and were not getting anything less of what they deserved. Women never gave up and although they were not given what they fought for right away. Everything they did worked for the good.

My 3rd Quarter

          This grading has been a remarkable, unforgettable and amazing grading. Many challenges came and we surpassed them, as a class. This grading was amazing and I have enjoyed more. I enjoyed this third grading with my classmates. In the subject TLE, I have learn many concepts and ideas.           During the third quarter, I also faced challenges or problems. One of these is time. Time is the biggest problem for me because I don't know how to manage it or use it well that's why sometimes it's hard for me to finish our task. Another factor is my laziness. I spent a lot of time in sleeping than finishing my works. I also easily get distracted by my gadgets.           Taon-taon, ipinagdiriwang ng ESP department sa ating paaralan ang ESP Month Celebration upang ipagdiwang nating mga studyante ang kahalagan ng mga mabubuting asal. Sa taong ito ang ESP Month Celebration ay may temang "Mapanuring Paggamit ng Gadget:Tungo sa Mapagkalingang Ugnayan sa Pamilya at Kapwa". Ang temang ito ay nangangahulugan na ang teknolohiya ay ginawa upang mapadali at mapadalas ang gawain. Ito ay ginawa upang makatulong ngunit marami ang gumagamit nito upang makasira sa buhay ng ibang tao, ginagamit ng mga taong mayroong tanim sa sama ng loob tungo sa isang indibidwal.           Ang mga gadgets din ang isang paraan upang makipag-ugnayan sa kapwa o tinatawag na pakikipagkomunikasyon ngunit karamihan ng mga may mga social media account, pinopost na lang nila ang kanilang mga saloobin at hindi na nila pinag-uusapan ang kanilang mga problema sa personal.
